City Travel by Boat
I created this for an RPG campaign I am running. This would likely be what it would sound like to travel along the canals in the city: water splashing at the motorized boat, sounds of people talking in the distance here and there, a few drunk or angry crowds on occasion, and an option of including rain and thunder.
