We trudged in the cold, me with my collar turned up against the wind and rain, and she clutching her poncho over her sari. We saw the lights before we heard the music - who would think there would be music in a place like this. We walked through the garden to get to the entrance. We walked on a carpet of flower petals that the rain had knocked to the ground. The smell of warm bread tantalizing our anticipation of being warm and dry.
