Light Rain on the Front Porch
Sitting in the porch swing on my grandparent's front porch and listing to the soft pitter-patter of rain drops, the old wind chime tinkling, a light breeze rustling the leaves, and the far off rumble of thunder as a summer storm rolls by. The sweet little cardinal bird singing without a care. These are the sounds of one of my favorite childhood memories.
