Walking through a Storm
It's already in the evening and you are outside, maybe on your way home, or to a friend. The rain is heavy, but your umbrella keeps you mostly dry. While you are not really bothered by the storm, other people are, so now and then someone passes you while running through the streets. Because of the weather there are nearly no cars on the streets, but a few still drive by.
You venture on - you steady footsteps can be heard even through the rain.
